Representing both buyers and sellers, we strive to complete hotel transactions in a quiet and confidential manner.
When working with Sellers, we adapt to the unique needs of each owner, acting as either the exclusive marketing representative, or pursuing the transaction on an "off market" basis.
Additionally, we focus on identifying hotel buyers (both domestic and overseas) who, due to their unique underwriting criteria, are able to pay premium prices for hotel assets.
TITAN Hospitality was founded by Steve Usher. Prior to starting the company, Mr. Usher was the Pacific Northwest Representative for CB Richard Ellis' National Lodging & Hospitality Services Group in San Francisco. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
